Our Flamenco Show

1. Guitar solo

The guitarist opens our show showing the virtuosity and complexity of flamenco guitar playing. Being unique in the world, with its sound and form, and with the use of various rhythms that we can find in flamenco art, We will enjoy a most emotional and breathtaking performance.

2. First Dance

The “bailaora” will always perform a more sober and elegant flamenco “Palo” (style) at her first dance. We will see (solea, taranto, caña, seguiriyas) where the display of the arms and the emotional force is much more intense and solemn. This way, the bailaora’s attire will always be appropriate for each Palo or interpretation, using darker and more somber colors in these cases.

3. Singing

The singer or “cantaor” will show us the most genuine Andalusian cante where the feeling and purity of this art can be appreciated. His lyrics will move us because he deals with themes of love, life, and death. They do not abide by any rigid metric standards. It lacks the most genuine poetic figures and rhetorical grandiloquence. They tend to impress because of their literary nudity and capacity for synthesis.

4. Second Dance

The bailaora performs a flamenco dance more closely associated with Flamenco’s happy and most festive “Palos” (Alegrías, guajiras, etc.). In these cases, the dancer will always wear lighter, happier colors, and, above all, she will be able to use accessories that make her dance shine even more, such as Manila Shawl, Castanets, Bata de cola, fan, etc. As a result, these accessories become part of the movements and add complexity to the interpretation in a virtuoso and above all, spectacular way.

5. End of party

Bulerias is the festive flamenco style by excellence (from “bullería”, and this one from “bulla” – griterío and jaleo, or “burlería”- mockery). It is one of the most complex styles “Palos” in dance, guitar, singing, and especially in compás. It is in this case, where our percussion takes on a special role since, due to its wide rhythmic coverage, the percussionist, in addition to being the rhythmic base to build upon, has total freedom to play with the tempo. Generally, the end of any meeting, party, or show in flamenco takes place before this flamenco style (Palo) that provides our spectators and artists with so much fun. The perfect finishing touch for a show.

Our shows are subject to variations, due to their great variety of interpretations. Even so, in any of them, it is intended that the spectator can enjoy and appreciate the diversity of emotions of flamenco in a single pass.

Enjoy the show!
